Job Description
"Background Production" is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Director to oversee the entire technical lifecycle of large-scale cultural, sports, and other diverse projects. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Oversight: Lead the technical planning, design, and execution of various projects and events. - Operations Management: Supervise technical vendors, stage hands, sound/lighting crews, and scenic construction teams to ensure alignment with design sketches and technical requirements. - Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive technical budgets alongside strict installation (load-in) and dismantling (load-out) schedules. - Safety & Compliance: Ensure all structures, staging, and installations strictly comply with safety standards and regulations. Requirements
- Work Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a technical lead or manager for large-scale projects.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian is preferred.
