Project Manager / Producer

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Producer to oversee and lead our projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Execution: Manage projects from the initial briefing phase through to final execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. - Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government/municipal partners, sponsors, and internal teams. - Logistics & Operations: Coordinate complex event logistics, including vendor timelines, permits, and on-site staff management. Risk & Budget Management: Maintain tracking systems for timelines and budgets. Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early on and implement mitigation strategies. - Reporting: Prepare comprehensive post-event analytics and partnership/sponsorship activation reports.
