
We are looking for someone who can support Digital Brains’ recruitment processes and help the team find the right professionals in a fast and organized manner. You will be involved in candidate sourcing, initial contact and selecting the right people to proceed to the next stages of the selection process. Your main work will include sourcing candidates from various sources, including LinkedIn, pre-screening CVs and arranging interviews. You will work with team leaders to understand requirements and ensure effective collaboration. Conduct candidate sourcing and pre-screening Conduct phone or online screening Organize and coordinate interview schedules Maintain accurate and timely updates of candidate data Support the team in improving recruiting processes At Digital Brains, you will work in a hybrid and on-site format, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
