New Life Georgia is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and compassionate Medical Coordinator to oversee the medical screening and treatment compliance of egg donors and surrogate mothers. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between patients, physicians, embryologists, fertility clinics, and internal teams, ensuring that every step of the program is coordinated smoothly and on time. You will monitor appointments, follow up on test results, provide emotional support, and keep all medical and administrative information accurately recorded in the data management system. The position requires professionalism, empathy, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining clear communication and strict confidentiality. The day-to-day work includes responding to inquiries by email, Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, and telephone, coordinating treatment programs, forwarding payment-related information to Finance, organizing meetings with intended parents and surrogate/egg donor participants, and updating doctors and embryologists on upcoming procedures. You will also communicate IVF outcomes, request reviews from patients after positive results, transfer pregnant intended parents to pregnancy care, and prepare regular status updates for management. This is a full-time, in-person role in a multicultural environment with a bonus system on top of salary.
