Job Description
The role of an SMM Analyst focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting on social media data. This position helps to understand which content is performing best, how audiences are growing, and where to improve a brand’s social media strategy. The SMM Analyst works with SMM and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
Requirements
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
- Data collection and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Campaign performance analysis
- Audience behavior research
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams
