Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using workx.am ("the Service"), you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate information is considered a violation of the terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

  • Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals searching for employment opportunities
  • Employer Accounts: For companies and organizations posting job listings

15-Day Money Back Guarantee

We back our service with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your paid subscription or service within 15 days of purchase, we will refund your payment in full.

Refund Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Applies to all paid subscription plans and premium services
  • No questions asked - we will process your refund promptly
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • One refund per account to prevent abuse

Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not falsify your qualifications
  • Respect employer confidentiality
  • Communicate professionally
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes

Employer Responsibilities

As an employer, you agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Provide accurate job descriptions
  • Comply with labor laws
  • Treat candidates without discrimination
  • Respect candidates' privacy

Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Disrupt or interfere with the Service or servers
  • Delete, collect, or store user information without permission
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages

Limitation of Liability

Workx.am is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Workx.am may modify or update these terms at any time. If a change is significant, users will be given at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
