Job Description
At Synopsys Armenia, this role focuses on leading the order management function for India-based operations while partnering with global teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT. You will help drive the full order fulfillment lifecycle, improve quote-to-cash workflows, and support large-scale ERP and SAP transformations. The position is centered on operational excellence, change management, and building a high-performing team that can handle complex transactions, quarter-end close activities, and enterprise system upgrades with confidence and precision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, order management, or commercial operations in high-tech or Semiconductor environments
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Deep functional mastery of SAP Order Management modules, especially SAP SD / Sales and Distribution
- Proven leadership in large-scale ERP upgrades, enterprise migrations, or system transformations
- Strong ability to work with global teams across cultures and business units
- Experience translating operational bottlenecks into digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to present complex process data and recommendations to VPs and executives
