What's New on workx.am: Features Built for How You Actually Search for Work
We have been building. Here is an overview of the new features on workx.am that make job searching and hiring faster, smarter, and less frustrating.
We have been heads-down building since the beginning of the year, and we are ready to share what is new on workx.am. These updates come directly from feedback from job seekers and employers using the platform every day. Our goal is simple: remove friction from the process of connecting great people with great opportunities in Armenia.
Job alerts are now live. Set your criteria once — job category, location, work type, salary range — and receive a notification the moment a matching position is posted. No more checking the platform daily and worrying that you missed something. Alerts are delivered by email and, if you have notifications enabled, in your dashboard in real time. You can manage multiple alert profiles, which is useful if you are open to roles across different fields.
Saved jobs and saved candidates make it easier to track the opportunities or profiles you want to revisit. Employers can now build shortlists directly on the platform, and job seekers can bookmark roles while they decide whether to apply. Everything is stored in your dashboard and synced across devices, so your list is always with you.
Company profiles have been significantly expanded. Employers can now add their company story, office photos, team size, founding year, and links to their social profiles. A richer company page gives candidates more context for evaluating a potential employer — which we know is one of the most common points of friction in the application decision. We will be adding employer reviews later this year.
We have also made significant improvements to search speed and relevance. Results are now ranked by a combination of recency, match quality to your profile, and employer activity — so you see live, responsive listings at the top rather than stale postings that were never properly closed.
